There are two different COVID-19 testing options to choose from:
We Recommend the
PCR Nasal Swab if:
You were exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19
You were exposed to someone with symptoms consistent to COVID-19
You are concerned you may have been exposed and want to make sure you are not carrying to virus and are symptomatic
You have symptoms consistent with COVID-19
We Recommend the
Antibody Test if:
You were sick with symptoms consistent to COVID-19, and want to know if you were infected with the virus
You want to know if you have antibodies that may protect you against reinfection
You want to return to work and would like to know if you have had the virus
How Do I Book an Appointment Online?
To book an appointment visit our homepage and select
your preferred location.
After clicking "Book Now" you will be redirected to
the TestDirectly.com platform.
Choose your test(s) and create an account or login to an existing account.
Fill out required information before scheduling an appointment.
Information Needed for Visit
A mobile device with texting and photo capability
Health insurance card
*If you do not have a copy of your insurance card you will need your insurance ID number, group number, policy holder’s information, phone number and
address for claims.
If using self pay, bring a credit card
Arriving at the COVID-19 Testing Site
Follow the signs for testing entrance.
Do not exit your car. Keep your windows rolled up.
Follow all sign instructions. You will need to have a phone with texting and photo ability.
Do not exit the line until you are motioned to move your vehicle forward.
When it is your turn to test, one of our providers will explain the testing procedure, obtain your sample and may ask additional questions or perform additional assessment as needed.
After your test has been collected, you are free to go.
Drive-up COVID-19 testing is available in the parking lot of our Thornton location at 9195 Grant St. Thornton, CO 80229 and in
Denver at 2150 S Monaco Pkwy, Denver, CO 80222.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked online. While we can accept drive-ups without appointments, supplies are limited and will be reserved for patients with appointments.
All persons within the vehicle, even if they are not being tested, will need to wear a mask or face covering.
Safely serving the community is priority number one. If, for any reason, we are not able to safely administer tests, testing will be delayed until we are able to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy.
