Arriving at the

COVID-19 Testing Site

1. Follow the signs for testing entrance. 

2. Do not exit your car.  Keep your windows rolled up. 

3. Follow all sign instructions. You will need to have a phone with texting and photo ability. ​

4. Do not exit the line until you are motioned to move your vehicle forward. 

5. When it is your turn to test, one of our providers will explain the testing procedure, obtain your sample and may ask additional questions or perform additional assessment as needed. 

6. After your test has been collected, you are free to go.
